Space and flow isn’t just a mindset—it’s a way of living. In this powerful reflection, Jenna Williams explores what it really means to make space in your life so growth, healing, and clarity can flow. Using vivid metaphors—from teacups and jars to water, energy, and belief—we’re reminded that we are all containers, shaped by our thoughts, comfort zones, and the stories we tell ourselves.
Through personal experience, science-meets-spirit insight, and timeless wisdom, Jenna dives into how limiting beliefs constrict us, why expansion begins with awareness, and how choosing flow over resistance can transform everything—from stress and healing to purpose and joy. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, stuck, or like life keeps “overflowing,” this is an invitation to pause, create space, and rediscover what’s possible when you allow yourself to flow.

Space & Flow
I want to talk about what I call space and flow. Making space so that you can flow. Let us break that down into understandable ways. I like to think of us all as multifaceted individuals. Multifaceted like a diamond. You want to sparkle. Some of us are still under pressure. Part of the job in life is to go through and polish all the little facets of the diamond.
To me, they are all like a little container. The containers we have either give us room to grow or tell us how much we can hold. When you are thinking about stress, which is one of my major points. I think about the containers that we hold. We are all in a container. Our containers flex and move. We need to have room for those containers to expand, to take on. I think a lot about a quote from Maya Angelou. “Do your best until you know better, then do better.”
It is like that with the container. Fill your container with good until it is too full, and then expand your container. Taking that a step further from her quote, I love Maya Angelou. If you ever pay attention to me, I will probably quote her a lot. Fabulous woman. I wish I could have spent time with her. I am going to give you some stories that will help you understand. When it comes to learning, we all have egos. We all stand in our own way.
The Container Analogy (Making Space)
There is a story about a monk, and he has a student who comes to him to learn. They sit down, and the monk starts pouring tea into a teacup. He is pouring, the student is looking, he is pouring, and he is pouring, then it starts overflowing, and the student goes, "Stop! You are overflowing the cup!" The monk says, "Exactly. You think you know everything, but if there is no space in your cup, what are you going to learn?” Take that back to your brain, and the whole concept of this is that you need to make space in your cup so that you can grow.
There is a story along those same lines of a professor who brought students into his class, it might have been psychology, in my head it is, but I can be wrong. He brings the students in, and he has a jar sitting on his table. The first thing he does is dump some big rocks in it. “Class, is the jar full?” “Yeah,” they say. All of a sudden, he picks up another jar, a handful of rocks, little rocks, and they slide in and start filling in the cracks of the bigger rocks. "How about now? Is it full?" They nodded. He pours in sand, and it fills in all the other cracks. He says, "Now is the jar full?" It is full. He goes to pour water in the jar, and it starts spilling out everywhere.
The message is, this jar is like your life. Some things are big rocks, some things are small rocks, some are sand, but if you do not make space in your jar of life, the water will overflow. In my head, I think about the monk who is pouring the tea. If you do not make space in your cup, you will not learn. With the professor's story, if you do not make space in your jar, there is no room for the big things in life.
You cannot control things. You have to make space in your container because life will not stop coming. Those containers will get full, so we must create space for the water to flow.
To me, containers are so important. I believe in making space in my container. Life is never going to stop coming. You cannot control other people. You cannot control somebody having a bad day, cutting you off in traffic. You cannot control your company, giving you a bigger goal to hit. You cannot control your partner flipping out on you.
You cannot control your parents from liking your sibling more than you. I am an only child, by the way, and I do not know what that is like. You cannot control those things. You have to make space in your container because life will not stop coming. Those containers will get full. We are going to look to make space in them so the water can flow. Understanding water and flow is really important.
Expanding The Container: Challenging Limiting Beliefs
Those containers are decided, step one, by our comfort zones. Remember, the brain looks for shortcuts. It wants comfort. This is comfortable. Let us stay the status quo. We all want to grow and be better. If we let the brain tell us what to do, we are going to stay exactly where we are. In six months, you can have six months of progress or six months of excuses. Remember to choose what you want.
What you are not changing, you are choosing. We have to be willing to expand our comfort zones. To expand those allows more knowledge to come in. The teacup gets bigger and can hold more tea. The jar gets bigger and can hold more rocks and sand. All that is doing is making space. As you have space, things can flow.
Beyond the container of making space for life, what if we stretch the jar that holds the rock or teacup? How do we make space? One of the biggest things is what beliefs are you holding onto that tell you you belong in that size jar? You are capable of so much more than you know. If little me can recover from a stroke and walk again, you can expand your container, but a lot of it is going to be challenging your beliefs. How are you going to challenge your beliefs?
Comfort zones, we are going to challenge them. I believe I am a worker. I believe I make a cog. That is all I do. Guess what? That is all you are ever going to do because that is what you believe you can do. My beliefs changed after the stroke. I saw myself as healed. I believed I was somebody who was walking again. If I had accepted the prognosis that they gave me, we would be two years later from the stroke, and now I can walk, talk, and host a podcast.
I would still be on a cane and a walker, believing that I should not shower before walking down the street with a walker to only go three driveways. What you believe, actually, your brain says okay. Remember the Reticular Activating System, your RAS? What you look for is what you get more of. Just like me, through the process of expanding my container, I expanded it based on my belief. Every day, I am getting better.
I did not have a mind's eye of where I was going to be or where I was at now. I just knew every day I was getting better. I made the belief that my container could expand. I was able to do more than I am doing now because I saw myself as healed. My focus was not on how hard it was to walk or on accepting the prognosis that they gave me. It was this is what I want.
I do not want to be in this bed needing help to go to the bathroom or walking with a cane for the rest of my life. I was 45 years old the day the stroke happened. I had the chance to live another 45 years. Was I going to spend them in a bed needing assistance and home care? No. I was determined to get better. There was a chance I could let my light shine, I could expand my container, or I could accept what they told me was going to happen to me.
My stroke came with heart failure. I had to lie awake during an operation where they went into my heart with a wire and a camera, and I got to watch it on TV. You want to talk about something surreal, watch your own heart on TV with a camera and a wire in it. The point of that is to expand your container. You have to expand your belief.
All of us have limiting beliefs we tell ourselves, “I am not good enough.” “I cannot do that.” Guess what? If you tell yourself that you cannot. If you tell yourself I can, you probably will. Many people in the profession have heard the phrase by Ford. “If you think you can, you can. If you think you cannot, you cannot.”
I believe it actually goes, “Whether you think you can or you think you cannot, you are right.” That is how the brain works. Your limiting beliefs set the container. Go back to me saying we are all like a diamond with multiple facets. Which container do you want to shine? The one that you are shining off and polishing up after you get out of pressure, because life is going to give you pressure no matter what you do. I cannot solve that miracle for you. I can give you all the tools to recover from it and live a better life. Limiting beliefs are one of the biggest things where we are our own worst enemies. You have to raise the vibe of your belief so that the container can hold more.
Whether you think you can or think you cannot, you are right.
Life is not going to stop coming. Do not allow your brain to keep you stuck in a little comfort zone. This is all there is. The universe is not on a budget. It is abundant. Everything you dream and wish is out there. You might have to put in a little work for it. There is no easy button, but you can make it easier on yourself by expanding the container and understanding that this feels comfortable, and this is what I am willing to do to change it.
Water As Transmutation & Flow
I want to talk about water in the containers that we’ve talked about. Water has energy. It flows. I think of flow like a flowing faucet or a river. It flows nicely. Water is transmuted. In the quantum field, energy may not be created or destroyed. It can only be transmuted. Water is the perfect example of this. Water can become ice, heavy, frozen, and stuck.
It can flow, or it can rise like steam when it gets hot. You have a choice to transmute your energy. Remember the Law of Frequency. Your vibe determines where you are going to go. If you can be like water, you can choose to flow. Your container needs space for the flow, but energy is not created or destroyed. It can be transmuted.
You could be like water when it is frozen. It gets hard and stuck. That is a survival mode. You could freeze. You could flow. You could let it flow, which is the state I like to be in. Be in the flow. Just let it flow. Let the river flow. Sometimes there are rapids. Sometimes it comes in waves. Sometimes it is a glassy lake. One of my favorite songs by Bob Marley is Don't Rock My Boat because I do not want my boat to be rocking. I think about that a lot. I want a boat that is just on a glassy lake. How do I stay in the flow?
Dr. Emoto's Water Crystals (Words Are Alchemy)
Sometimes when I am exposed to things like water, it can be steam, and I can rise. Remember, transmutation is a quantum thing. It is a physics thing. From a woo-woo spiritual perspective, you have to be in the flow for the Law of Frequency, the universal laws, and even karma to work itself correctly. How do you stay in a state of flow? Remember, your container needs space for the water, or your teacup gets overfilled, or the water cannot get inside your container because your beliefs have kept you in a little jar when really, you are a whole big bowl. You are capable of way more than you think. Water transmutes.
I want to talk about a very inspiring story about water that hits me hard every time I hear it. There was a researcher, Dr. Emoto. Dr. Emoto looked at water molecules under the right lens. He exposed them to positive love, positive frequencies, and when frozen, they formed perfect symmetrical shapes, beautiful like a snowflake, dreamy. When those same molecules were exposed to hate, negativity, lower vibes, the crystals, when frozen, were completely fractured.
Think about water and flow. The way I see it is that when spoken love and good vibes, the water flows, and if frozen because life came and something horrible happened, like having a stroke, with positivity, perfectly beautiful crystals form. Remember, energy cannot be created or destroyed. These crystals are positive energy being formed that you can see under a microscope.
Our bodies are 70% water minimum. Remember, words are alchemy. What you say ripples through you. Imagine if Dr. Emoto had taken a picture when you were giving some negative self-talk. The crystals inside the water in your body would be absolutely haggard and in bad shape. They would not even make beautiful pictures. If the love is flowing through you in that moment of time, or something happens and your crystals are taken a picture of, they will be beautiful. They will be perfectly symmetrical.
Words are alchemy. What you say ripples through you.
I encourage all of you to go look up this story and see the pictures. The pictures of the crystals are amazing. A picture is worth a thousand words. Why not see what it says? Going back to words are alchemy, how you speak to yourself determines. If your body is mostly water, and energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transmuted or directed, why would you not take the time to direct the energy within you to be positive? Why would you not want those limiting beliefs off of you? Why would you not want to be living a life that you can?
The only thing holding you back is you, how you are speaking to the water in your body. Do you want the water in your body to be frozen in time with not perfect crystals, not looking good, constrictive in my view? Do you want that? Do you want a glassy lake where the crystals are beautiful and frozen in time, and you get to be in the flow of love and joy?
The frequency you are emitting is great. You are attracting more of what you look for. Remember the RAS in your brain. We will get into some universal laws later, but essentially, you are going to see a lot more of what you are looking for. Why would you speak negatively to yourself? Think about water. How do you want the water within you to react?
Do you want a container that overflows and you have a stroke? Do you want to be like me now, where I live a joyful life? I do not care what anybody else sees. I wake up in the container I live in, my human body, and my soul that is inside this body is at peace. That is not to say that I am not human, and a rock does not come tumbling down the mountain. I had a stroke. I was on my back with a walker.
I do not think there is much worse than you can get through that. My stroke included heart failure. I had oxygen on my face in the hospital. I could not even breathe on my own. When you are broken down to that level, it is hard not to talk to yourself negatively. I want to talk to you about me being a human.
The first therapy session that they gave me was after the stroke. They gave me therapy because it is a traumatic thing to go through. The very first thing I said to my therapist was, "I think this is my fault." She was like, "What? This is your fault?" I was like, "Yeah, isn't this my fault?" I was literally blaming myself for my body stopping.
It was not my fault, it was a complete fluke, but there are some things I can take responsibility for. The amount of stress I let in my life, for example. I let the water in me be full of stress. I let it be electrified with negative energy. There was probably more negative energy than positive energy. I remember a guy talking in an interview. I remember seeing his face, and he said, "I am going to ask you the question. What is more valuable, more positive thinking or less negative thinking?"
Overwhelmingly, it is less negative thinking. Sure, if you can be positive all day, full of love 100% of the time, great, go do it. I do not have that capability. I go for more often than not, giving myself grace, but I do everything I can to let my life be a glassy lake and do not let my boat be rocking because I do not want my boat to be rocking.
Please do not rock my boat because I do not want my boat to be rocking. I think about that all the time. I do not want to go through fire, trials, and tribulations, but the water in my body hears from me every day, "Good job, girl." I tell myself, "Good job." I do not need it to be perfect, but every cell in my body hears, "Thank you." Every cell in my body hears me tell myself, "I am okay just as I am. I am enough just as I am."
It is amazing how okay I am. I know that might sound crazy and woo-woo, but the frequency of me must vibrate at that level. It is important that the water in my body hears love so that the crystals, should they be frozen by Dr. Emoto, are in the place that they should be, so that the flow of the water in my body is filled with less negative thinking.
It does not have to always be positive. We all know as adults that every day is not rainbows and butterflies. I would like it to be. If you want that, maybe take some drugs and go to Disneyland. That is a good idea. For a daily life where you have to deal with real-world things, just think about the cells in your body being full of water, and what do you want them to feel? What does that water want to be? Is it going to be beautiful, frozen crystals, or is it going to be haggard, asymmetrical patterns that do not come together and complete chaos? That choice is yours. Remember what you are not changing, you are choosing.
Remember the Dr. Emoto story. How do you put that into everyday practice? Remember, your body is 70% water, spells are alchemy, and the energy is you. Remember plants. If you talk to them positively, the water in their cells helps them grow, expand, and flourish. If you talk to them negatively, the water gets stuck in them, maybe not ice, but it holds it just like Dr. Emoto's crystals. When given love, positive thoughts, and talk, they form perfectly symmetrical crystals.
When negativity is spoken to them, or the water is infused with negative energy, the crystals are fractured and distorted. We can think about that and give ourselves positive thoughts. Do I want to be a plant that is growing and flourishing and flowering and beautiful? Do I want to look like a dead plant? Essentially, that is the same thing. Do you want the water in you to be stale or mucky?
We all know what a mucky river looks like versus a clean glass lake. You are energy. Words are alchemy. The way you speak to yourself will change the consistency of the water, the flow. Life is going to come in different ways. Water has different things that happen. Sometimes it is raining, sometimes it is waves. The water will keep coming. How you talk to yourself will determine those beliefs that determine your container and how it holds the water.

When the water gets inside of you, your body is 70% or more water. What do you want that water to hold? Water, if you look and find places on the internet, you will find lots of things. They talk about infusing the water with positive vibes and wishes before you drink it. There are a ton of different cultures that have different things. As for me, I think about how I drink water to give my body what it needs to flush out the toxins that are in it. Why would I put more toxins in it?
Negative speak to the cells in my body is toxins. I do not want that. I do not want to allow myself to do damage to myself. There are enough people in the world who are out there willing to say and do bad things towards me. Not because I deserve it, but because that just might be their journey. I am energy, you are energy.
Why would you not infuse the water in your body with positivity? Why would you not want the crystals in you to be beautiful and good versus dingy, fractured, and distorted? Why would you not want that? That is a choice you can make. You cannot control whether it is waves, rain, or a tsunami coming your way. You cannot control that. Life is going to keep coming. That is part of the human experience. You are going to see that, but you can control how you react. You can control what the beliefs are that give you your container.
You can control the expansion of that. You can control how the water inside the container responds. You may not be able to control the outside. It might be overwhelming to try. What you can control is your container, your diamond, and you. How do you want to shine? How do you want the water in you to respond? How do you want to feel? Remember, all those things that you say from the water in your body, there are still the filters in your brain.
There is an alarm system. There is a traffic controller. They all exist inside your brain. Why would you not want to give that RAS positive instructions? "This feels good. More of this.” “I am looking for reasons to feel good about myself.” You are going to find them. Do not let the negativity in. There is enough of it out there. It is your choice not to let that in your container. You get to choose what is in your container based on your belief. One of the biggest ways is how you talk to yourself. Maybe some of you have heard of Bruce Lee, “Be like water.” Be like water is about flexibility. Water is extremely powerful.
Let us think about it for a minute. In nature, there are places where it erodes caverns. Water just keeps on flowing. It does not always have to be a tsunami to take something down. Water flows consistently, and it erodes over time. Be like water. If you want to think about things, go back to some of our basic rules. The Law of Sustainment is fundamental. Once you begin, you must be willing to sustain.
Be like water and erode it in good habit loops. Erode it with the good things going in the way you want. By making space in your container for the water to flow, that is a big one. For the water to flow in the direction you want, you have to be like water and speak to yourself in the right way. I know it seems foreign. It is a little woo-woo, but from a metaphysical perspective, you can go look at many religions and cultures out there, and they all have the same thing. Respecting the water inside you.
There are a lot of water traditions. I was raised Catholic. There is baptism. There are a lot of religions out there that have different things, but the whole idea is that water is a big part of them. Water can be anointing, it can be cleansing, it can be used for purification rituals, and it can be used in many ways. The container holds water. Remember, you are trying to expand your container to let more water in, but you can control the water in your container, the cells in your body.
The Observer Effect & Directing Thoughts (Quantum Physics)
Words are alchemy. Speak positively to yourself. Be like water. Keep coming back consistently over time, eroding at the things you want. When thinking about being limitless, I want to use water as an example. Water transmutes. What does that mean? We all understand that water can be either ice, flowing, or steam. It's all H2O. At the molecular level, it's the same thing, but it transmutes form. Just like water, our essence doesn't disappear. It transforms. You might change jobs, locations, relationships, your dreams change, whatever that is. You are just transforming.
I really like to take things to the science level, and I want to talk about the weird thing at the quantum level. Quantum physics tells us that everything vibrates. At the smallest level, the observer effect is actually scientific. You can change your thoughts just by observing them. They hold the power to transform just by choosing where to focus. Let us break that down a little bit. I think about it from my perspective.
What you observe, you have the power to transform.
If that water in my brain and I just observe my thoughts, I hold the power to transform where I go. How I talk to myself comes from my thoughts, and I have changed my thoughts by observing them. You are the observer of your life. You will hear me say that often. You decide what you think about something.
You create different habit loops that allow you to think differently. The power of the human mind is amazing. I think about that a lot for my healing because what they told me when I was in the hospital about what my future would look like was not very pleasant. I did not want that life. There was a small chance I could do something else. There was a small chance I could return to society. I could work again. I could drive again.
There was even a point when I could not go to the bathroom on my own. There was a point in my life where it was you could not even take a shower on the days I had physical therapy because my body could not do both. That is pretty broken. It was temporary. Quantum physics tells us everything vibrates.
The observer effect says that what you observe, you hold the power to transform. In your thoughts, just by choosing where you want to focus, you can shift yourself on a quantum level. That is big if you are not a scientist. Maybe the guys on The Big Bang Theory could do it, but not me. I think about it a lot. All I have to understand is that quantum exists, and my thoughts are how I am connected to that. Just by observing what I am thinking and feeling, I hold the power to transform those things.
For me, it is your emotional biology. That is just how it works. The water in me is like the emotions. If you look into spirituality, for example, tarot, cups are related to emotions. Those are your emotions. It is your emotional flow. How I am observing my emotions holds the power to transform just by choosing where to focus. If I am angry and I choose to focus on my anger, that filter in my brain, the RAS, will find all the reasons for me to be angry.
It will continue a downward spiral, or I can up-spiral it by choosing to focus on positive things. How am I talking to the water inside my container? Do I want that water to be flowing and beautiful, or do I want it to be heavy? One of my favorite Bob Marley songs says, "Don't rock my boat because I don't want my boat to be rocking."
When I think about that, I think about my job is to keep the lake of my life, the river of my emotions, as calm as a lake can be. Glass. Life is going to send me tsunamis like a stroke. It is going to send me bad days like the guy who cut me off in traffic or the bill in my mailbox that I do not want to pay. All of those things are going to come at me.
If I choose to focus on keeping my lake of emotions like glass, with just as few ripples as possible, I can do that by simply focusing on it. That is what I want, and that is what I will get. Bruce Lee wrote, "Be like water." Like water, you have the power to freeze, flow, and water will take the shape of whatever container it is in. Remember the monk in the teacup or the professor with the rocks. The container determines how much water can go in and the things that are taking up that space. Space and flow. How does the water of me flow?
If I make that space, the water in me can flow right. Water takes the shape of the container it is in. If you see it in nature, it erodes pathways. If you have ever been to a mountain area where snow falls, you can see the tracks of where the water has gone to the lowest point. It erodes itself into a channel. The emotions and thoughts of our brain are much the same. The habit loops are much the same.
Daily Practice: Self-Talk & Eroding Channels
If I am focusing on that water and where I want it to go, I have the power to direct it. There is another piece to that, which is that water erodes. It does not fight the obstacles. It does not try to go through them. It goes around them and erodes a channel. Your emotions are both a softness of running around. You are not going to hit something head-on.
If you hit the wall, it is going to hurt. You generally go around it. Water erodes a channel, and water will go to the path of least resistance. Your thoughts are the same in your brain. Think about that water takes a little bit of softness and a little bit of consistency, and it will erode that channel. Most of us live in this digital world. It is nonstop information. We are so connected, not on the human level, but just connected to data flying every which way. Pausing, taking a step back, and focusing.
Again, remember that quantum thing, the observer effect, just focus on where you want to go. Your brain is a magical machine that will naturally go there without you having to do a lot. It does not care whether that is good or bad for you. That part is how you focus. Remember, it will just respond. It does not care if this is good or bad for you. “We do this.” Erode your channels, be patient with them, and allow them to go.
Stay calm, stay flexible, let your nature flow, let your water go where you want. Do this as you focus. I always ask you to do the five-minute-a-day practice. At some point, I will ask you to expand them. In those five days, just observe. Before expanding the practice, as you are observing these thoughts, focus on where you want them to go.
We have been observing how you think and feel about things. Now, let us just take it one step further. What do I think about this thought, and where do I want to direct it? Imagine yourself like the airplane guy with the little sticks. You are just directing the thought now. You are telling it where to go. It came in, it bubbled up from your subconscious somewhere. You actually think that. Now direct where you want to go. The observer effect. Just observe where you want it to go. You can actually transform things by just focusing on them.
How do you do that daily aside from the thoughts? I say that one of the most important things you should do is start with one positive to yourself every day. In the mirror, look at yourself in the eyes. It is going to feel weird at first. You are going to feel like a stranger in your own body. Every single one of us can find at least one thing we like about ourselves. Tell yourself one positive thing. For example, this morning, I told myself before coming here to record these, "You're courageous. This takes a lot of courage to do what you're doing. Congratulations. I'm proud of you for being courageous."
I am really proud of myself for being courageous. This is not easy to sit here in front of a camera and talk to all of you. It really is not. Yes, I am courageous. There is my positive thing for the day. Every day, I tell myself one positive thing I like about myself. That filter in my brain will go find more of them. It sounds really simple. I just talk to myself like I would talk to one of my loved ones. What is one thing I am truly, honestly proud of myself for?
That's positive. The reticular activating system, the RAS in your brain, will just filter in more of that. I told myself I am courageous. My brain will find me many other ways to be courageous and reinforce that I am a courageous person. That is how it works. It sounds simple, but that is directing the flow of water and observing it. It is also working with my brain. Little things I can do to feel better every day. That is confidence. Remember, words are alchemy.
I will give you another example of that. A friend of mine had told me when I was healing, and I just kept telling her. She asked me, "How are you doing?" I just said, "I'm a work in progress." She said, "No. You are not a work in progress. You are a success in progress." Just changing those words made me feel different. I showed up differently. Every bit of what I tell you to do came out for me.
I am no longer a work in progress. I am a success in progress. I made a choice, and I have decided I am already successful. If you look at me in my day job, which has nothing to do with it, I am award-winning. Go find me. I am fabulous. That is not what this is about. It is a success that I had. That success is still a huge part of me.
I am no longer a work in progress; I am a success in progress. I made a choice and have decided that I am already successful.
I went from being a work in progress who was working to heal to a success in progress. It is how you talk to yourself that matters. Again, back to water. They have done just as many studies with plants, and I am a plant person. If you see my house, it is a jungle. My children will ask you to tell me to please stop buying plants. I love them. Plants are water cells too. They have a lot of water.
There have been tons of studies where, when you talk positively to your plants, use positive music, or positive words, they grow better. They bloom better. If you do not do anything, they may grow, but not as big as the ones that have been infused with positivity. When they are talked to negatively, they generally shrivel and die. You are like a plant. Talk to yourself.
This is going to sound a little woo-woo, but the cells in your body are mostly water, just like plants. Talk to yourselves. They love to hear from you. To them, you are the voice of God. Imagine just commanding and compelling your body to do something. I know that works because I have had to do it. There were moments where my legs did not move, where I could not stand without support. I just kept talking to myself. "You can do this."
My mom used to read me the book when I was a kid, The Little Engine That Could. If none of you know that book, there is a little train. Everybody tells him he cannot make it up the mountain, and he decides he is going to. Always, "I think I can." Just like that. When I was healing, I was like the little engine that could. "I think I can." The more I thought I could, the more I could.
It was overwhelming, exhausting, everything you can imagine. It was a real struggle, but it did not feel like as much of a struggle to me as it should because I believed I could. I commanded and compelled the cells in my body to act and think like a me that did not exist yet. I know that sounds very weird, but that is very quantum. It is also very woo-woo. It is a little science and a little woo-woo. You are the intersection between science and woo-woo. Your thoughts affect everything.
Again, give yourself that one positive every day. Tell yourselves to do what you want them to do. Your body will respond. Maybe not on day one, but if you consistently do it, you will erode that channel, and you can look back and be amazed at who you are. Thanks for joining us. Again, remember, karma is real, energy is contagious, and vibes matter.
